Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement containers unless the product is defective.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Opened supplements (unless proven defective).
- Digital coaching materials or plans.
- Gift cards.
- Items on final sale/clearance.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be canceled at any time. However, once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that specific period.
